Join us as we commemorate this significant event with the unveiling of a historical marker in the southeastern corner of Clinton Square. This marker is part of a larger initiative by The Lafayette Trail, a nonprofit organization dedicated to documenting and celebrating Lafayette’s 1824-1825 Farewell Tour across 24 states. In collaboration with the William G. Pomeroy Foundation, we aim to foster a deeper understanding and appreciation of the enduring bond between French and American citizens.
