"I attended this church on occasion as a youth. In my adult years I learned truths of God’s word: justification by faith alone apart from works (Luke 18:13-14, Galatians 2:16, Romans 3:28), the need for the new birth as an adult who previously underwent a ritual as an infant (John 3:3), God the Father alone is the Holy Father (John 17:11), the priesthood of all believers (1 Peter 2:9), Christ, not Peter, is the Rock (1 Corinthians 10:4, Matthew 7:24, Psalm 62:1-2), believers baptism (Acts 2:38, Acts 10:47), the sufficiency of the word of God for faith and practice (2 Timothy 3:15-17)."
"Awesome people at mass."
"Beautiful Ukrainian church in the heart of Syracuse’s Tipperary Hill. A Byzantine gem in Syracuse."
"Ukrainian festival was excellent! Great food, great dances, wonderful music, and great craftspeople. Plus the cultural statue of Taras Shevchenko is perfect!"
"My grandmother attended this church when she was alive and it is Ukranian Catholic. But we went there to the Ukranian Festival which did not disappoint. They had traditional dancers and music. The food was pierogies, sauerkraut, kielbasa, pigs in the blanket...all traditional food. This festival happens once per year so check it out next year."
