"Receptionist on the phone was pretty rude and unhelpful. I'm trying to transfer my daughter as we just moved to the area. She told me I need a release of records from her old pediatrician. When I called them they said the new office needs to fax them the paperwork. I called this place back and the lady basically yelled at me saying "NO, YOU have to fill it out and bring it to them." I asked how I can access this paperwork that no one will give to me and she said "you can come in" and gave me no time frame or instructions and was just overall nasty to me. So it looks like I won't be going here because I have no idea how to get this paperwork."

"I have been coming to this office for 3.5 years and couldn’t be happier. Dr C. Is extremely knowledgeable and so caring. We never feel rushed, he takes his time with us and all our questions as new parents. The front desk is always lovely and helpful and phone calls get returned promptly!"

"Service department is by far the most unprofessional department I have ever seen from a dealership. Puts you on hold for 20min just to hang up. Call back, same thing several times. I will be reaching out to upper management about this. Do yourself a favor and buy a vehicle somewhere else. I can’t even talk to someone on the phone in the service department"
