"There is absolutely not enough praise I can give this place. This place combined with my work schedule? For me personally and my daily routine? It’s not very convenient. That being said? I could care less. This place is phenomenal. This place is spotless clean. The staff is extremely professional, very friendly and extremely personable. My six-year-old actually likes going to the dentist. It’s not like the dentist we had before. When I call pediatric dentistry of Suffolk for an appointment?They don’t make it nine months later. Most times I’ve asked any other Dentist for the latest possible appointment in the day, because I am a single father? They will say? “Sure! Latest possible appointment We can give you? How about six months from Tuesday at 9:45am?” pediatric dentistry of Suffolk have worked with me whenever I have an issue. If I’m going to be a little late I call and it’s not a problem. If I can get him there earlier? I call? They get him in earlier. I absolutely love this place. And I’ll do the extra to make sure this continues to be my son’s dentist."

"I took my 3 kids to this office and the dental assistant that cleans there teeth said she can apply something to protect their teeth and it was covered and I don’t have to pay a copay for it insurance take care of it. I get to counter to check out they tell me I owe a large sum of money for the same service so I got the assistant she came to check out counter and I was assured it would be written off since they made a mistake of telling me it was fully covered. I knew I might get a bill after being told I would not so I started Recording so I would have record. Well it happened then when I call about it to tell them they are rude nasty and no one from billing calls back. This is the girl that told me would be written off and I would not get a bill!!!’ Now get letter they sending to collections. In my life o never was late on a bill. Shady practices"

"The dental technician win above and beyond to help my son, feel comfortable and excited about getting his teeth cleaned. He’s been to other places where he absolutely didn’t like it this visit he was laughing and giggling. The technician was so sweet and attentive to detail. They had his favorite cartoons on. He left the visit with a bad of toys as well as a bunch of dental care items I highly recommend this office"

"Dr. Matt was AMAZING. My 5 yr old with Autism came in to have a cavity filled, his attentiveness & patient personality with my son was beyond relieving! Even with my son trying to talk through the procedure & apologizing whenever the guard fell out of his mouth, the dentist & his assistant never missed a beat. We were in and out in 10 minutes! I highly recommend this practice to anyone with children with special needs or a fear for the dentist."

"Excellent experience with Dr.Daniella and Office Staff including Front Desk. Clean Office. No delays with appointment. No issue with parking. Great atmosphere. (Our dental assistant was so good with my sons, I don't remember her name, but she has 14 month old daughter)."
