"When I first walked in I was greeted by Kristin, she was absolutely wonderfully polite and care she gave me a mask and asked if I could have a few more and she said no problem, then asked me if I would like a water while I waited. She was extremely caring and just a wonderful person who made me feel very comfortable! I was then treated by Dr.Sachin, he was the most caring dr I have ever seen. He took his time with me and explained everything that he was doing, and everything that I had going on. He then told me the medicines he was prescribing me and went over each medication what it did and how I should take it properly! This place is amazing not only is the staff amazing but it’s super clean and you’re in and out! I don’t even want to go back to my primary care physician as I get treated way better here! Thank you so such for making me feel special and treating me like a patient and not a paycheck! You won’t be disappointed coming here. It’s right off Main Street in smithtown!"

"By far the best urgent care experience I’ve had (and there many in this area). There wasn’t a long wait, I only waited about 10 to 15 minutes. The front desk staff, The medical assistant, and the PA were all very friendly. The appointment was quick and easy, and they even sent me home with my antibiotics instead of having to wait for the pharmacy to fill it on Christmas Eve."

"Absolute best urgent care in Smithtown. Friendliest receptionist I’ve ever come across at an urgent care. She was kind and quick to process my information and get me in. The medical assistant was also friendly and thorough in asking questions and taking my vitals to get me ready to see the doctor. The doctor was amazing. I don’t remember her name, but she had great bedside manners which you don’t always get at an urgent care and was extremely professional and helpful. She listened and was patient with my explanation of my symptoms. She was well informed, took her time to explain her diagnosis and never made me feel rushed.
