We understand your busy schedule, which is why we offer flexible appointment options, including virtual care appointments for select visits.
You can book an appointment 24/7 through the Find A Doctor option or the MyMountSinai app. For added convenience, schedule via text by sending "Hello" to 474-624, Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, and you'll be directed to our secure chat portal.
We welcome both scheduled appointments and walk-ins. New patients are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early with completed paperwork, a photo ID, and an insurance card, while established patients should bring their current insurance card.
Our holiday hours are from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

"Disgusted at the time management of this place. Appointment was at 2pm. It’s 3:30pm and I’m just being seen. However, my fiance was a literal 2 minutes past the grace period 3 weeks ago and they turned her away. Terrible double standard and a complete lack of consideration for patient’s schedules. Do better."
"Terribly disorganized office. Never even saw the doctor. Made an appointment for a PCP, filled out all of the online forms pre-appointment, paid the co-pay, checked in at the front desk, was told to have a seat and they’d call me for my appointment. Waited almost 1 hour only to be told there was an issue with my insurance (front desk could not articulate what the issue was exactly, despite checking me in an hour prior with no concern). I was never even seen by the doctor, told by front desk I could try back in a few hours or the following day to see if they could squeeze me in or that they would call me to reschedule once they resolved the issue. Never received a call from Dr. Boothroyd’s office. Shameful, bizarre and unprofessional."

"I had a consultation scheduled w a neurosurgeon here. My mom flew in from across the country to attend. I had a sneaking suspicion something was off when I never received a confirmation for the appointment, so I called the day before and was told all was good. The next day I show up at the appointment time and am told the doctor is out. When I asked why I was never notified they told me I should have received a call. I absolutely never received a call. The office staff here is beyond incompetent and was very unhelpful in rectifying the situation. Currently looking for an alternative doctor because this whole situation was truly pathetic and unacceptable."
