"I originally ordered a projector for pick that said it was in stock but I was the. emailed shortly after it wasn’t in stock so I would be refunded. Okay no worries I really needed a projector so I ordered a second (more expensive) one under another order. Went in to pick up orders because I thought I was emailed that both orders were ready. When I got there the first order was ready and the second one that I had to reorder because of a mess up on targets end wasn’t ready. When I explained to the person assisting me what had happened I was told I had to wait the remaining time for the second order which I would totally understand in any other situation but their inaccurate inventory was the whole reason I needed to place the second order at all. I then just canceled the order and went and got it myself. The cherry on top of all this was I needed a target employee to unlock the case it was located in anyway. Just very poor costumer service. Could have been handled so much better. Finding solutions when the company is originally at fault should always be a motto."
"Customer service at Target never disappoints. We did a return and a price adjustment for a coupon we forgot to use, and the staff were super helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. We were so grateful for how easy it was and how helpful they were. This was the Greece, NY store."
"This Target is trash. The floors are always a disgusting mess with product on the floor. IN PILES. I've witnessed managers stalking and belittling employees. Racist comments have been said to from management to employees off of judgement of customers. They really need to reconsider hiring new teammates. This Target is sad, disgusting, and belittling."
"Currently the Target in Greece is giving “Walmart with Target price tags” - every aisle is a complete mess - don’t even get me started in the clothing section. It’s a shame because this used to be one of my happy places."
