"I have never felt more unseen, uncomfortable and dismissed. This was my first time going to this doctor and I was trying to explain my pain and show pictures and she didn’t even want to look at them. I have been living with extreme pain for years while on my period and new symptoms coming and trying to figure out what’s wrong with me, and I was dismissed so quickly and even starting crying in the office and it seemed that she was more concerned with the other patients. I was hoping for more compassion, understanding and empathy from another women."

"Went through my first pregnancy with this practice. They entire time they had me very concerned about a low lying placenta but also never put me on bed rest. When my water broke in the middle of the night I was told they weren’t going to give me cervadil because they didn’t want me to deliver the following day at dinner time. Wound up having a c section as to be convenient for their shift change. Being cut open on the table listening to 2 doctors argue over me taking up a room when the other doctor had scheduled c sections. I’m pregnant again, went to one visit there and after explaining how I feel and my anxiety, I was just referred to my primary care to have my heart checked. (They also made me have an ekg the last pregnancy for no reason). I’m tired of waiting on their answering service. I’ll take my chances with a new doctor."

"Marshak was horrible, but no one is worse than Shaffran. She is horribly rude, condescending, and passive aggressive. You will be appalled at her behavior if you have the unfortunate opportunity to come in contact with her. Not willing to try a third doctor after these two. Go to any other practice besides here."

I saw Dr Jennifer Marshak who went over everything with me and made sure all my questions were answered. Truly very happy I decided to come here."

"Nothing but great things to say about this office. Everyone has always been very pleasant to speak with. I spoke with Melissa today and she was very thorough. I know some have said that Dr. Shaffran can see a bit rushed but that is because she does see a lot of patients. However, I have always felt that if needed she made the time to talk if I had a question. Overall I would definitely recommend this practice to friends and family."
