"After a major screw up with medical release, I show up to my endoscopy procedure just to get an ivy put into my arm and the whole nine yards just to tell me that they can not perform the procedure because they did not have my medical records. I signed the medical release form 3 weeks prior to the procedure. That was enough time for them to get my records. Now I call to reschedule my endoscopy and I have to schedule a follow up appointment before my endoscopy again. Just so I can sit in the office and have them go through the whole procedure again; such a waste of time. I got told it’s part of their procedure because it’s over two months since my office visit. They screwed up and I even had to go and pick up my own medical records; doing their job for them. Now I’m inconvenienced again by making all these unnecessary appointments. Not professional at all. The Dr. has good side bed manners but the office admin sucks"
"If I could choose negative stars I would. Avoid Dr. Johnson-Hall and this practice. They completely reneged on completing my Coloscopy and Endoscopy during the same visit. This was after telling my Primary Physician that they would complete both at the same time. Provisions were made if there were any complications and discussed well in advance. My belief is that this was so that they could double bill me for 2 separate procedures which is completely inappropriate. When I asked to speak to the Dr. Johnson-Hall she was unavailable for a call for the 6 days leading up to my procedure. Ethically and morally un-professional. Do yourself a favor and find medical professionals who care about their patients best interests and look elsewhere."

"I had an Endoscopy Procedure done by Dr. Johnson-Hall and it was honestly a great experience. Her staff greet you with such a warm and calming energy. They are extremely attentive to detail and your needs. After the preliminary steps, Dr. Johnson greets you with such a warm energy and might i say her music selection puts you in such a great mood. You get a sense of security with her as if you know your in very good hands and she knows what she is doing. I recommend her 1000%."
