"Once AGAIN my appointment was canceled. Since I have been going there my appointment has been canceled last min probably 15 times. Along with this there hours states they open at 9 but don’t get there til 9:45-10 o’clock bc they never open on time."
"Waste of time, lost my throat culture, forgot to covid swab me. Billed my insurance + paid my copay. Asked me to come back in 5 days later to redo swab. Wanted to charge me a copay again since it was a different provider seeing me, wouldnt waive it even though errors were made on behalf of the office. Suggest you guys do not bill my insurance for a service not provided. (Still sick)"

"IF SICK DO NOT GO HERE Had a virtual visit tuesday, swollen glands fever, was told to go to location for quick culture. Waited nearly an hour to get culture, quick check, doc sees white spots in my throat. Refuse to give me any meds till results come back. It is saturday night now, got my results per their portal.. POSITIVE STREP!! Cant get a hold of anyone on phone... five days passed, I am in horrible agony. This is lack of patient care at its worst. If I save anyone the pain of being neglected while actually ill, then this post is worth while. ALL RESIDENTS DO NOT USE NAO URGENT CARE!!!"
