Clean City Laundry

"Literally love them. I’ve been using the wash and fold service for almost three years and it’s perfect every time. I just dropped off so much laundry at 9:30pm and they were easy and amazing. I don’t often write reviews but i don’t know what I would do without this place so I felt compelled! They’re great!"

"This laundromat does not look very attractive from the outside but don't let that deter you. For one, super nice it is open 24-hours for those who wish to get their laundry late or early or even in the middle of the night. I get my laundry as a drop-off/pick-up service since I just can't seem to stay all day at a laundromat. The prices seem really reasonable (around $15 for a small/medium bag), the turn around is quick (next day), and the clothes are very beautifully and neatly folded and the staff is quick to receive your clothes during drop off and pick up. They are super super busy so I'm surprised they can manage the quick turnaround and am super impressed! Never had an issue and all you need to give them is the last four digits of your number so it's an easy setup. My only issue is that it is cash only. I never have cash but they have an ATM in their store. That is the only thing I would change."

"These people are so rude. My husband got to this place before me and started washing because I was fixing something at home. When i get there a worker comes out say I took his machine. Only targeting me not my husband who was there first. I said "I just got here and if it was for employees its should say employees only." He gose off saying I am acting like I own the place. My husband had to step in saying "Whats the problem?". He stops talking and starts side talking to his coworkers saying the same thing. If those machines were for employees it should be labeled so no one takes it. All machines are first come first serve in laundry mats and if your cloth ain't in its not your machines. I tell my husband all the time to stop going to this place because most of the machines don't work and the staff are horrible and rude. I honestly felt like he thought he could talk to me any kind of way because I am a woman since he stopped talking when my husband stepped in. Also it is clear their main focus is in the commercial laundry to treat walk in customers so horribly. They really need to just shut it down and go commercial if they are going to try to argue and be rude to customer because they don't have enough working machines to allow their customers to use. When they first open it was good but now it is trash. Don't go here unless you want to be treated like trash for using the machines that aren't labeled employees only and spend more money because the machines don't work. (Add on) I just read some of the reviews because I was curious and you even argue with guests on here. Saying they are talking about the wrong place. Wow. Now I know some of these reviews are fake and thank you for showing how rude you are. FYI I deleted his photos. I just took it so people will know."

"Horrible customer service, most of the machines are broken down and the other half suck. They need to make this place for customers it's to small to run both commercial and for regular customers. The dryers don't dry and make you spend twice as much to divide the load at 35 cents that's alot. I try my best not to come here but it's 24/7. The place needs a serious upgrade and cleaning."
