"Went there twice and had a bad experience both times! They were supposed to order a special velcro stocking for the swelling in my legs, but never did it. And when I came back for the second visit, I was made to wait over an hour past my appointment time. I was ready to walk out when they finally took me into an examination room. They double and triple book appointments here, with no care or regard whatsoever for your time! And then the office staff is rude about it, to add insult to injury! Obviously will not be going back there, and I suggest you find somewhere else to go, too!"

"I have a standing appointment every week for a wound on my hip from an abscess that got infected with necrotizing fasciitis . They have done a wonderful job getting it to heal using fish skin and human skin grafts they are very knowledgeable and truly care about every aspect of the healing process and how you are feeling. I would recommend Lauren and all the sweet nurses there. All the staff are top notch !"

"Used to be top notch, the best care you could find. Best doctors, best nurses. Solid gold team. I'm not sure if it's because of the Nuvance takeover (probably) but now it's different doctors, different nurses and the care has really declined. Had a doctor scold me for wrapping my own father's legs. My dad is housebound and has vascular issues. The doctor didn't even see *how* I had wrapped the legs, merely that the wrappings were in the trash after the nurse removed them. He saw my dad for less than five minutes and then left. But the nurse then treated and started to wrap and stopped half way up his leg. I was like..."Are you going to go all the way up?" "Do you want me to?" "Yeah, he's going to sausage out of the top if you don't." That's standard knowledge for vascular issues. So, here this doc was mad at *me* because I'm not a doctor but guess what- I learned from the docs and nurses who *used* to be at Northern Dutchess because they were sweet, and always explained everything to me. So, while I don't always know the perfect solution to each wound problem, I *do* know how to wrap after the treatments have been applied. And I definitely know how to wrap better than the nurse you left us with. Subsequent visits weren't any better. The third time the legs were wrapped, they were done so tight they caused blisters. They used to really clean and moisturize the skin. Now it's rushed. Probably Nuvance with their imposed time limits. People are treated like product$. Sad."
