"We've been clients of Emery & Webb for over twenty years, and before that, the Griffin Agency (which they took over). We've never had any complaints until now. A few weeks ago we got a letter from Kemper, our home and car insurance company, saying they would no longer do insurance in New York. No call from our agent about this. So I called the agency and was told our agent was away and would get back to us. She didn't call back. So I called again and finally reached her, and she said she would look into alternatives for us. She never called back. Meanwhile we received emails from Emery & Webb saying they would be closed for"employee appreciation day" and then again for Veterans Day. Our insurance expires in a few weeks. Finally I called different insurance companies myself and was able to find an excellent, helpful, friendly representative at Amica Insurance who can cover our home and auto for over a thousand dollars less than what we were paying Kemper. I called our agent at Emery and Webb and she again never called back. Very disappointed in this service. ."
