"These are great doctors but trying to get in touch with someone in the office is impossible ! They called in a script for my husband and the pharmacy called them back for info and no one is contacting the pharmacy so no script ! We tried calling and no one calls back !"

"My mom has the worst experience there just now. She got there at the time of her appt and they told her she was late. Then they gave her the wrong paper work to filled out and blame her for their mistake. She couldn’t even see the doctor and she’s in pain and now she has to wait two More weeks for someone else’s mistake. Whoever it’s at the front desk need a better job."

"I generally leave positive reviews, but after dealing with this group I am fed up and disgusted ! I had a family member who had 5 surgeries before being referred to a surgeon in the city. Now I have another family member dealing with them who received a call the night before spinal surgery for sciatica , to be told that they needed hip replacement surgery instead. They never return your calls and it's impossible to reach anyone. I also work in the health care industry and we have compassion and empathy for our customers but this group is despicable. I would definitely recommend to find a doctor elsewhere. ."

"I just spent hours just trying through and get some answers to simple valid questions. I've been on hold for over an hour, bounced around their awful phone systems, told incorrect information. Regardless of liking the Doc or not, I cannot put my health and potentially a surgery into these hands. What a scary thought!! I am now trying to cancel my MRI's and all my appointments. This has to be the absolutely worst experience I've had."
