"Very terrible hospital,very disorganized and they literally waste your time…. The wait time is terrible,I got in for my appointment which was 2:40,I got to the hospital at 2:30….at 3:41 I was still waiting to see the doctor,I could not wait anymore I had to leave. I also had my blood drawn for blood group and I called few weeks later to know the result they said they must have discarded my blood due to no order. Very disappointed"

"First as black ppl professionals so sad to experience A black doctor have no idea where his education or morals manners from unbelievable someome with that profession is a specialist dealing with heart condition that are very serious can be life threatening leaving your patients in waiting area over 40 minutes very disrespectful and people walking out the office not knowing how their condition could pass out and die is so disrespectful .I never got my results read to me because the doctor was horrible looking at computer screen when I ask about my concerns unreal I felt my heart was beating to fast stress I complain Dr.Badero is so rude my results wasn't explained to me I spoke with practice manager nothing was done black people make complaints don't let anyone treat u like ur health isn't important Respect should b given to all patients"

"Most unprofessional medical facility I have ever worked for. There are no team players at ALL. Management has no control over employees. They cannot keep good employees. It is a revolving door."

"Took me months to make an appointment and once I was able to finally make one they changed the time and location at the last second on a Friday making it impossible to reschedule until Monday the earliest. Overall I've definitely had positive experiences at this facility, but these moments of unprofessionalism really do bring down the overall quality of patient care, and would love to see it addressed in the future."

"The Hispanic receptionist on the 4th floor is very rude. The Supervisor is really nasty and don't need to work with people They have very bad attitudes as if you bothering them. I wouldn't take my dog to that place. Just unprofessional. Nurse Scott is the most professional nurse on that floor. Everyone else there including Nurse Thompson that foot doctor and the gastrointestinal doctor needs people training..I read a fake review how people greets you. Nothing but a straight up lie they treat people nasty as I mentioned before. Ive been there twice and both times had a very bad experience. I don't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Me or my family will never ever step foot in that place again. Most of them are from another country and treat you like you are igorant because you are American. The damn nerve. Never again tho."
