"Outstanding hospital! I was brought here by ambulance even though I never got a bed upstairs they took great care of me in the er room and stopped a possible brawl n hemorrhage from happening. The nurses and staff are outstanding! Especially during the morning and afternoon. Nighttime staff is a little different tho lol"

"Since my baby born next door NYU Langone Hospital I had to take my new born baby to this place. It was a BIG mistake. They gave me hard time because I didn't want to wait for the doctor with my 4 days old baby next to sick kids. I tell everyone stay away from this place..."

"stay away from this place. I wish if they had zero start as an option. after waiting 6 hours to be seen because we walked in which not my complain. after we saw a dr who obviously didnt know what she was doing because she is still a student . i asked to see the attending and told her what that student said and the attending said no thats not what she told you because she believed her student over me. so not just that that student doctor lied she also did a bad job and also didnt send the medication for the infection to the pharmacy and when i called the next day a stuff checked in the system to tell me that nothing was added to his chart. stay away from this place they train student using us and get paid on top of that! 6 hours"

"My daughters dentist is here. Shes nice but the front staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. My daughter had a tooth infection and needed an emergency tooth extraction they refused to make the appointment and told me that everyone that calls has tooth pain and that they really don't care that an 8 year old is in need of emergency extraction. Had to send her to get her tooth extracted and pay out of pocket. Seems like people who never had you as a patient treat you better then this place as my child has been a patient here since she was 5. Very very dissapointed would give them a 0 but 1 is the lowest i can go."

"Every time I take my baby there, it’s a different doctor, which I wouldn’t mind if they were kind, respectful, and professional. Most if not all doctors are rude and unprofessional. It might be because they are rushing and/or overwhelmed, but that’s not an excuse. If you truly appreciate quality over quantity, then don’t take your baby here, unless you don’t have any other option."
