"Worst pharmacy experience ever. Staff passive-aggressive, rude, unprofessional."
"The CVS pharmacy in Rhinebeck has steadily gone down in quality. It is frustrating to get a text saying your medication is ready only to be told you will have to wait up to half an hour to receive it. People behind the counter often seem indifferent and uninformed (exempting Patty, the pharmacists who is invariably professional, competent and friendly). There seems to be frequent staff turnover as if the people who work there are no happier than the customers. Another issue is the impossibility of getting through by phone. Many I know have already left this pharmacy to drive to surrounding towns - inconvenient but worth it for the superior service. Others order online. Obviously this is a top-down kind of issue. As long as corporate prioritizes it's bottom line over sufficient staffing and customer service while asking employees to "do more with less" it is staff and customers who absorb the hit. "Typical CVS in a very different building. All the usual stuff you expect at a mis size CVS"
"CVS is unable to keep pharmacists and now there is a 3 to 4 day wait for a prescription. I am told it is because CVS is a horrible employer. The counter person is not allowed to tell customers there is a 4 day wait because CVS is a dishonest company"
