Mirbeau Inn & Spa Rhinebeck

"Had a wonderful time at Mirbeau Rhineback. Very close walk to all the shops and restaurants. The spa was very relaxing and accommodating. The room was a nice size however, it is a little misleading with the description. There is no whirlpool tub in the room, there is a small free standing tub, the fireplace is just a light-no heat comes out, the balcony isn't a "balcony ", and we paid extra for the "forest" view but definitely was not worth the difference. Basically the same. But overall, I will be coming back!"

"Had a delicious snack and drinks while we soaked in the spa on a cool day, it was quite refreshing. They were having issues with the heater that day though so it wasn’t as hot as it could have been. We decided to sit in the sauna for a bit and warm up after sitting outside. The shampoo and conditioner were amazing and smelled SO good and made my hair feel amazing!"

"Fabulous! Beginning to end! I grew up in the hospitality biz. This was fantastic! Spent the morning at the Spa, the outside heated hot tub is a must! Best steam room… I couldn’t see the person next to me. The bartender Paige and host were so nice and smiley. Lunch was just outstanding- we ordered the Brussels for app, burger and steak sandwich with truffles fries… was to die for! Try happy they will be opening in Beacon, much closer to us! We didn’t stay for me to rate the rooms."

"My boyfriend and I made our first visit to Rhinebeck and chose to stay at Mirbeau Inn & Spa, which turned out to be the best decision. The staff's professionalism and the abundance of amenities easily earned it a 10/10. Every fine detail was meticulously executed, resulting in an immaculately clean room and facilities. The spa was amazing, the bed comfortable, rooms spacious, food delicious, and the service was consistently first-class. Location was very convenient, being walking distance to town. Overall, our experience was over the top, and we highly recommend it."

"I emailed the spa manager and sent a cooperate review asking to call me. Received no response so I’ll write mine here.. I was at the spa for my birthday. I quite enjoyed their services and I always had a good experience. My last experience was not that. There seems to be construction in the parking lot, which I had to stop and wait for the crane, and then I was told by staff to park my car off premises and walk. It made me late for my 9am treatment as this took quite some time. I told the front desk about this and they seemed quite apathetic. My massage felt rushed and I was not given the entire 50min from start to finish. I ended at 9:50am even though I most definitely started after 9:00am due to the parking issue. Facial was great. I then was not provided my birthday champagne card, which I didn’t even know about until the waitress told me and appeared quite annoyed with front of desk not giving this to me. Lastly, I was overcharged by $35.00. It took over 20 minutes to rectify with a significant amount of back and forth with front desk staff. This made me very late to pick up my daughter and I was scrutinized for it. I felt rushed and quite stressed leaving the spa. I never had this experience leaving any spa but this was less than relaxing and quite aggregating. It’s been over a week and nobody has responded to these issues, showing that they really don’t care about their guests. Think twice before coming here and spending your money where their are other amazing spa/ hotels in the Hudson Valley. ****update*** It’s been almost two weeks since my last visit. I have written to the spa manager and corporate. Not one person has responded back to me. This show how much they care about their guests."
