"Patty is involved with the PANT program that assists with spay/neuter feral cats. Patty was instrumental in locating a foster home for 3 feral kittens. You can tell she is very passionate about animals. If I ever need her Pet Palace expertise, you can be sure sure I will seek her out. Her location is a very warm inviting house that is extremely clean. You could feel the love and compassion she passes on to her four legged guests."

"We had a couple negative experiences boarding our dog while on vacation in the past and did some exhaustive research to find a safe place. We found Patty’s and after having visited there and talking with the owner, we were confident we found the right place. We have a big dog, and he’s got plenty energy to spare. On his last visit we were told he had a rough time, and in a very gentle and friendly way we were asked not to bring him back. This made us upset naturally, but it’s more of a reflection on how dedicated they are to creating a positive environment for your cherished pet than on our guys experience. We are in search again for the right fit for our big guy, and after having stayed with Patty three times previously, we thought it would work out, but c’est la vie. I would recommend Patty’s to any pet parent, and wouldn’t hesitate to bring our big lab back someday if we could."
