"Poor Customer Service, In this day and age, I feel it's unfair when companies act like you are begging for their service. If they were upfront and decided from the jump they didn't want to do my chairs and couch. JUST SAY SO! Why waste a potential customers time. They must feel like every opportunity is a dime a dozen. You only have a narrow window to when it comes working with a client. If you are acting like this before you get my service what will you do after you have my money and items. Good luck! Maybe you will meet their criteria they just wasted my time and that's important to me as well as my $$$."
