"I was considering purchasing a used Aeron office chair and learned that iwantchair.com had a location close to me where I could check them out in person. I scheduled an appointment with the owner Alex and he showed me several Herman Miller office chairs including an Aeron Classic and Remastered. Both were in excellent condition and Alex was very helpful in describing the various features & functions, and he offered fair price for each. It was clear that he was experienced reselling Hermann Miller office chairs and came across as a very trustworthy seller with integrity. While I didn’t end up buying the used chair from Alex, (I decided to purchase a new one because I wanted the Aeron with chrome legs, which was not available at the time), but wanted to write a review to thank Alex for his time & help during my buying process. I highly recommend doing business with him."
