"Purchased the Eliza dresser 8 months ago, and the wood face of one of the drawers spontaneously cracked (without moving the furniture of applying any pressure). Clearly very poor quality/craftsmanship. I contacted Joybird and was told the item only had a 90 day warranty and there was nothing they could do about it. I find it shocking that a furniture company can't stand behind their defective product less than a year after purchase. I will not be buying anything from Joybird again. While some of their products look nice, the quality is very poor and they do not not last, and the company will leave you hanging if anything goes wrong after 3 months..."

"I have to give five stars for customer service. My couch arrived but didn't fit in my NYC building's tiny elevator or stairwell and the Joybird team was al over it, doing everything they could to make it right. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a while. I'm getting a new couch from them with new specs, and they made what was a frustrating experience so much easier. Highly recommend. And can't wait to get my new couch!"

"My Joybird Soto Apartment Chair after less than two years of normal use. I made a purchase of what I thought would be a lifetime piece of furniture for my home but clearly I was wrong. Both joints completely broken. Response to offer of new frame - to be clear for everyone, this chair is not manufactured by Joybird but one of their “trusted” vendors do the warranty is only 90 days. If you are making a Joybird purchase I would be very aware of which warranty you are getting. I have heard from other people that purchased the chair that they experienced breaks in the same joint. I have no intention of being stuck in a cycle for years of just replacing a faulty product made by a vendor you trust so much you only guarantee their product for 90 days. It would be amazing if you clearly indicated on your website and in your store which products are made by your company and which are made by others, that seems incredibly misleading."

"Couch is pretty but cushions came very un even thought they would mellow and even out after a few month but contacted customer service and told me to fluff them I have done that many times and nothing . Wouldn’t spend this type of money on this kind of couch again from joybird itleast. Customer service is no help they are in repeat and don’t help any concerns . Don’t buy from them They repeatedly told me to fluff them and I did so many many times but made no difference"

"Update: Since posting a 1-star review 7 weeks after I placed my order, I have been contacted by some very nice customer service reps and my couch was delivered 7 days later! Amazing turnaround after posting publicly. On the day of posting my review my expected delivery window was 5 weeks out (a total of 9 weeks longer than the window I was given on the day I placed my order) on top of that the only correspondence I received after multiple attempts was an automated message telling me the mailbox was unmanned. So that's something to consider when ordering from them. The delivery experience was seamless and the couch was delivered and assembled in a little less than 1 hour. Delivery guys were top notch. I attribute this fact to Joybird passing the torch to their parent company Lazyboy for delivery services. The couch really is stunning. Quality seems excellent but I'm wary of the many reviews stating that the long term durability is questionable at best. Cushions are very firm which my wife and I really appreciate. In my mind the firmness lends itself to a longer life but that's just speculation. Overall the experience was not what I was expecting but once someone finally reached out it was easy and I'm very pleased with the couch itself."
