"Never received a text after an hour wait when I was told that it was slow and should take about a half hour. I brought very nice lightly used fall clothes and they took nothing. Waste of time. It seems like they only buy or sell clothes that came from your Grandma’s closet."

"I cannot stress enough how much this place sucks. I’ve consistently gone to this location over the last 8 years, and it has taken a nosedive off the deep end. Everything from the staff to the selection to the music (a song about wanting to light the world on fire and watch the children and birds burn followed by the worst college-project style spoken word about someone’s first abortion?? Like, cool, you think you’re so edgy, but tbh it was quite triggering, and I’m as far left as they come) the vibe is awful. And then there’s the selling…I went in to sell recently after not having been there in about a year and was given a whole lecture about how they only buy high end vintage and designer pieces (???????) However, while browsing, you will find filthy CAREBEAR T SHIRTS, ripped polyester dresses, and horribly stained, pilled, and generally very gross designer-warehouse rejects. The place absolutely reeks of body odor and weed. They repeatedly barked at me that they don’t buy fast fashion…ok? You’re a thrift store. Also! Apparently Reformation and Mara Hoffman are too lowbrow and fast fashion for this place. A waste of time, and so unpleasant that I’m writing this review a week after I visited for the last time."

"this place is full of thieving rude employees who steal ur clothes and can’t resist power tripping because this menial job is the only place they can do that. i really hate the energy i’ve felt every time i’ve went in this space, and i know so many people who have literally had their clothes stolen with no repercussions. do yourself a favor and shop at one of the dozens of thrift stores in the area. other people’s clothes is a great alternative to this hell hole."

"This place went way down hill! Poor communication, no training, messy, chaotic and unorganized. I’ve waited in line multiple times here to sell /trade my clothes waaay before closing and when I get to the person “sorry drop offs only you have to pick up tomorrow” well I organized my entire day to come here and don’t live close so this is the last time I’ll be selling here. They really should be considerate to tell people ahead of time while standing waiting that they close up shop for the day. Another thing I would add is that some of the staff are incredibly rude to guests I’ve seen staff roll eyes and dismiss customers - very uncomfortable and chaotic shop. Go to Buffalo much nicer people and they are well organized."
