"My first appointment was lovely with the doctor, unfortunately If I knew things will get so complicated I would not have even bothered. From my first appointment in March to now August 1at 2023, as a worker in the medical field I was appalled from the lack of reaching out back when I did my due diligence from my side, with blood work and all the multiple specialists visitations asked upon requests including the copays and time off from work then to be told by Staff after 6 months that the time I was expected to have the surgery (before school starts ) will not be possible is disheartening to me. Have I known that would make me feel so unsettled truly I would not even bother."
