"The owner of this business is extremely prejudice. I came to vacuum my car as I’ve done 50+ times over. I’ve never seen him. I was not aware that i had to wash my car (which i intended to do after) before hand. NOT AN ISSUE. I’ve washed my car there dozens of times. He storms over aggressively and tells me i can’t use them until I’ve paid for my car wash. He then states he knows all his customers and has never seen me before and everyone who was present there were members and free to vacuum but me. (The lady next to me told me after he stormed away she wasn’t a member and he didn’t say anything to her) I was the only person of color present and the only person he approached about this matter. I DO NOT MIND FOLLOWING THE RULES. They are there for a reason. But do not aggressively approach a woman and be disrespectful in your delivery. & treat everyone the same regardless of SKIN COLOR!! I’ve never been a person who’s claimed “racist encounters”. Please let me state that all of the OTHER staff are fantastic people and have always treated me kindly and been professional and fast. This was a singular encounter. Well it happened today and I’m disgusted that i EVER spent money here."

"I have a monthly membership and love going here! This is a great place with great employees! I’m so happy to see management now requiring and enforcing car washes in order to use the vacuum station! Personally, I’ve seen at least a dozen people pulling in just for the vacuum and then throwing out tons of garbage until it overflows! Worst part is, they pull back out and never went through the car wash. Hopefully with the new rules and enforcement, this will alleviate this issue."
