"When I called I was given the impression it was a great day to come in. But it took about 4.5 hours for a rear brake job! (Optimistic me was figuring one hour). Perhaps the young man was inexperienced, and it would have been good for another tech to offer help. No one seemed alarmed at my very long wait, and there was no apology when I checked out. So, be prepared, and it would be best if you have a ride so you can leave your vehicle for the day."
