"Called Dan's on Monday morning when my Jeep would turn over but wouldn't start. Didn't have a warm and fuzzy feeling when the tow truck operator didn't know how to open the hood! After I showed him, he began jumping the battery even though I told him the battery was fine that it turned over but wouldn't start. After a few minutes, he said it had to be towed. The cost to tow it was $250.00. Dan's had the Jeep until Thursday when they informed me they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, and it would have to be towed to a dealership. It cost me $194.00 for their diagnosis and another $150.00 to be towed to the dealership. Total amount to Dan's was $594.00 and all I got was my vehicle towed to a dealership!"
