"The prices this place charges is insane. My friend took her car in for an inspection, they failed it, then tried to charge her almost 400 dollars for a job she got done elsewhere for under 150 dollars. Which included the inspection. Absolutely insane! Very nice staff, but absolutely ridiculous price gouging going on here."
"Very disappointed, I’ve took all of my cars to Monro in Batavia and this will be my first and last complaint, my car will no longer go to this location. After spending almost 700 dollars for rear brakes, an inspection and oil change which is absolutely ridiculous considering I am a mechanic my self but don’t mind spending the money for basic vehicle maintenance so I don’t have to do it in the snow. All of that aside, I come to pick my vehicle up and someone smoked a cigarette in my car. That is unacceptable and should never happen, it is a customers vehicle, smoke your cigarettes in your own car if you want to not a paying customers!"
"I stopped at Monroe shortly before closing to make an appointment to get my overdue inspection done on my Jeep...instead of making me an appointment he rushed it right into the garage and 15 minutes later I was back on the road legal. Thank you Monroe Muffler's staff; you were very polite and I appreciate your service."
"My car broke down and they said it had something to do with the wires which it did not. They quoted me $135 for the hour of labor to take apart my engine but when I called back to make the payment stated it was $175 so they added $50. I do not recommend going here."
"Called last minute for an oil change in Batavia and Jim and Bill both were working, even though it was close to closing time they didn’t hesitate to get me In and conduct business. Both are professional, courteous, and polite the entire time. Thank you again for a job well done !!!"
