"I went for a visit in the Knickerbocker location. The person responsible there didn't let me in and said "Go to the Dermatologist" furthermore when I called the next day they put me on hold for 20 minutes and whenever I call I find myself directly on hold. I called from another number and they picked up. Horrible staff. Disgusting tricks."

"Krystal was one of the sweetest, most efficient providers I've had. I usually hate having to go get medical attention for stuff I could try to manage at home. But with my chaotic full-time time work, full-time school schedule, and home duties, I couldn't afford to be out sick. I hadn't missed a day of work for being sick in like 10 months. I was, however, in so much pain that day, and I was so horribly under the weather, and it was triggering my asthma and causing me so much pain and weakness that I decided to come in. Krystal ruled out my main concerns and then treated my symptoms. Luckily, I didn't need to miss work or classes again! The next day, I could already feel an immense relief of my symptoms, and my asthma stopped reacting to all my other symptoms. I wish I could tell her thank you for making me feel better and for listening to all my concerns/worries. I was able to jump right back into the daily grind."

"Please avoid this place if you can. The staff is rude (except the receptionist), they congregate in the back and talk about other patients issues , while you are waiting in the room and laugh. The PA Krystal Alexander was just as bad, never asked my name or date of birth as required. Ask for urine (never gave me a cup) and said you had blood work done? Duhhh. NO. She couldnt explain things to me because they were "medical terms", like one was stupid. Julian Garcia should not be talking to patients with her attitude. Avoid this place Bushwick! I want my $75.00 co/payment back plus what my insurance is paying! Too bad I had to hit a star in order to post!"

"Ive been having back problems for the last 2 days. I couldnt take it and finally decided to see someone. I get here there was no wait. I check in and was immediately called after the nurse came in took my vitals and got a bit of info from me. She was definitely patient and informative.... The doctor came in and ask all the questions and literally knew exactly what I needed. The pain relief kicked in and help. Thank you guys for today ❤️,you all were awesome"
