"Service in this place is non-existence at this place. 5 customers were waiting around for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged any of them. Honestly, you can drive across the street to Meat Farms and find a better assortment and not to mention a lot more affordable! Unfortunately, ZERO stars aren't an option."

"Bought a half sheet cake this past Saturday - half chocolate mousse and half strawberry mousse. The chocolate mousse was no way mousse. It was dense like butter cream and did not taste like chocolate at all while they tried to make it chocolately oddly with a few chocolate chips in the filling. Not anything like the chocolate mousse pastry I sampled in Holbrook bakery prior ordering cake. What was used tasted like butter cream. The strawberry mousse was light like real mousse but had bits of strawberries and still not the quality mousse I've also had at the Holbrook bakery. In addition maybe because the filling didn't have much flavor, it was like eating just big chunks of yellow cake . The confection topping was also dark and runny unlike the picture I sent. I purposely ordered this cake a whole week ahead of time so it wouldnt be rushed and that is kind of how it looked. I was so disappointed and embarrassed as guests also noted the same issues with the cake. Just wanted to cry as this was for my daughters baby shower. I've been going to Holbrook's Dolci Momenti Bakery for years and expected so much more from them."

"My husband son and I went in excited to hopefully have some cupcakes filled with the gender results of our second baby. The girl behind the counter was confused at the request and when she asked another worker she said oh no we don’t do that. Didn’t even offer to help us in another way. Totally ruined our excitement. We went to alpine bakery though and they were more than happy to help us busy and all. No wonder this bakery was empty when we went in won’t be back."

"I’ve Been going here for 2 years. I bought a cake for St. patty’s day and every guest of mine said the cake had a chemical taste! At first I thought it was just me. Glad I wasn’t going crazy. I immediately called the bakery to give them the benefit of the doubt. I kept getting told the owner will call… he never did. I even saved the cake for a few days. As I was told that the owner would want to try it himself. I guess my word wasn’t enough? Regardless no one has contacted me and I’ve made several additional calls. I will no longer be using this bakery."

"I am a regular customer of Dolci Momenti. The baked goods here are delicious so I gave them 3 stars for that. My problem happened today at 6:50. I see a tri colored cake and asked for it by name, "I'll take that tri colored cake." Upon looking at a cake that has tri colored cookie on the top and the outside, one would assume this is a tri colored cookie cake. It even fooled the worker. The worker couldn't even tell this was a plain chocolate cake with a strawberry buttercream filling. I paid $25 for a cake I thought was tri colored cookie cake but it's a chocolate cake. Who covers a chocolate cake with tri colored cookies? I bought it because it was supposed to be a different cake."
