"If I could give this place one star I would. First, they have too many people conversing with staff members when the lines are long and obnoxiously slow. The bagels we ordered weren’t fresh. They were stale. The lox was fresh. We ordered a bagel platter and were given no bagel with it because the kids making the sandwiches forgot to give it to us. When asked why we didn’t get it and that we would pay for a new bagel, the girl at the front said,” sure I’ll make you a new bagel.” She then proceeded to charge $4.00 for the new bagel when we inquired about having to pay for a new one instead of giving us what we paid for in the first place. That is dishonest in many ways and very untrustworthy of staff. The coffee was disgusting. We left unsatisfied and still had to find food elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this place."

"20 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese… egg is cold and raw - also not over medium… cheese is unmelted and cold. Bacon is undercooked and disgusting. Didn’t add salt or pepper. Wow. I’m done with you guys. So many disgusting BEC’s from you lately but this one wasn’t even edible. Screwed up my morning too many times. Why do you ask people how you want your eggs when you only make them fried or scrambled?"

"I have had breakfast sandwiches and a few lunch sandwiches here. Very reasonably priced and the freshness can not be surpassed. You definitely get your moneys worth. Lunch Sandwiches come with 1/4 lb of potato, macaroni or Cole slaw and small pickle."
