"The female manager on duty refused to let me use the bathroom although I am a legally disabled individual. I had my cane and offered to show her my Medicare card and my Disability metrocard to prove it and she still refused. To deny a disabled person access to a restroom is horrible. This is part of the reason I do not shop at Walgreens or get my prescriptions from there. They have horrible customer service to their consumers. This was after I made my transaction that she refused."
"My issue was with the pharmacy. The pharmacist was nice and helpful. However, one of the cashiers was rude and unprofessional. She needs customer service training. I will never step foot in this walgreens again."
"The worst pharmacy, ridiculous customer service, no communication and rude. Made an appointment for a Flu shot and no one communicates that I have to wait an additional 15 minutes on top of the 15 I already Waited after showing up on time, 3 people behind the counter and they act as if you're bothering them Not to mention I really didn't want to go there since my car was broken into in their parking lot."
"The parking lot is big but at the same time is super dirty. Things are organized to some level. Very few employees and behind the counter is super full of garbage. The beverages are empty, probably because the holiday. I saw things on top of the shelf."
