"I was very disappointed with the customer service provided by the “supervisor”and the delivery man. My daughter and her female friend went into this pharmacy early this morning to make a purchase.(remind you my family have been going her for years) and my daughter friend was “ racially profiled” . The supervisor (whom I have never seen before) (white man) was rude in asking her friend not to open something that he THOUGHT she had taken off from the store shelves. but SHE HAD CAME IN WITH THE ITEM. (First mistake ) but regardless the girls still made a purchase of a vaseline that my daughter needed for her arm. Once done,She stepped outside in front of the pharmacy to apply her Vaseline, which they were then followed by the “delivery guy” coming and closing the store door behide him (so no one would hear what he was about to say to the girls) and told to girls to move away ..(and his mind he assumed the girls is about to smoke in front of the store. ) and even though my daughter tryed to explain to the gentleman that they would never, and that she was only simply applying what she had bought from the store to her arm before they would leave, the delivery guy cut her off mid-sentence and became irate,rude and inappropriate to the two girls and also started calling my daughter names. . (Mind you my daughter had a mental disorder) . so what he said to her, came off every offensive .For a grown, tall African-American man ,who is only a delivery person for the store to be talking inappropriately and unprofessional to two young females was very wrong. Me and my husband later approached the pharmacy to speak to the supervisor about the incident that occurred he didn’t know about what happened outside,by his employee but neither did he offer real apology to my daughter. I’m very disappointing inthis establishment and how the situation was handle. My family will be taking our business elsewhere."
