"Ive been a patient of theirs since they first opened and it was great! great delivery everything, great service super friendly and knowledgeable. But as of late their delivery system is lacking and the customer service isn’t as good as before. It’s been 3 days that I have been calling for my blood pressure medication and they keep saying it’s on it’s way. No sorry for the delay just the driver is on the way. It’s 6 blocks away where are you driving to how is he on the way for 4 days? I work late so my moms aid who is home is the one who gets the door for the deliveries. There is always someone home... Update: They just came to deliver it... all it took is me calling 5 times in one day..."
