"I have called the pharmacy 5 times on one day. Waited a total of 1hour 13 minutes AND NO ANSWER every time. Prompt always says there is one caller ahead of me. Calling the store & the same thing. THIS IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!!!"
"On hold for over 10 minutes and when the clock hit their lunch break they disconnected my call and then put on the message that they were out of the office for a lunch break. REALLY?! So you don't assist waiting customers? You just disconnect and then put on an automated voice response. Wish I could give negative stars."

"The pharmacy is improving, it is understood that they are in the process of changing from one pharmacy to another because Walgreens bought it and despite being 2 people, they are doing it well, they have very few staff... anyone who complains about them is because they have no patience. and they are foolish and ungrateful, they do the same even in MacDonal"
"The customer service at this pharmacy is terrible. If you want to wait a week or longer for a prescription this is the place to go. I kept being told my prescription will be ready tomorrow tomorrow for two weeks before actually receiving it. Not to mention every time I call I'm on hold for 30-40 minutes sometimes longer. The hours of operations are never accurate either."
