"I was in need of an emergency haircut. I contacted this business about an hour and a half prior to arriving. I drove approximately twenty minutes. When I arrived (approx. 9:45), there was one barber in the shop cutting a young boy's head. He told me "no, maybe I texted the wrong number." I was denied service even after inquiring. On Google it states that the business closes at 11 pm. Clearly there is a lack of communication as well as a lack of good business etiquette. Extremely disappointed!"
