"I am so glad I found this recovery spot after my wrist surgery, I tried the sports massage and it helped so much with my scar tissue and stiffness. I wouldn’t call myself an athlete but I have a very physically demanding job and after a few sessions of the sports massage I feel brand new. I travel from the bronx so being able to get into the cold plunge tank and the infrared sauna after my sports massage is super convenient and I’ve definitely noticed the difference with my recovery. I would highly recommend recovery mode for anyone that’s an athlete or anyone dealing with pain and tightness in their body. This is THE spot in queens/nyc for recovery!"

"I would recommend this place to all athletes! Hands down the BEST sports massage & recovery in NYC! I started training for the half marathon and needed a good sports massage to loosen my muscles up. I received the best sports massage to get my sore muscles back on track with cupping, muscle scrapping and deep tissue. The sauna and cold plunge also helped with my recovery process immensely by relaxing me and helping with inflammation, and soreness. After I left I felt relaxed, I had more mobility and felt ready to continue training."

"Recovery mode NYC is an outstanding facility for athletes. I was blown away by my experience there. The environment was clean well put together and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The music and ambience was amazing and the professional who assisted me was Monica and she was a 10 star professional! She performed my spinal decompression sports massage and understood the severity of my back and gave me extra time and focus on the areas that were most tense. She really took her time to understand what I’ve been through and gave me the best massage I’ve gotten in over a decade ! The cupping was super dope too! Keith was amazing and so helpful and allowed me the honor of using the sauna to accompany my cold plunge. The sauna had Bluetooth and i vibed to the soothing sounds of Andre 3000s flute album at 130 degrees Fahrenheit to the ice cold cold plunge right after. The experience was so helpful and decreased the tension in my neck spine and back SIGNIFICANTLY! I feel very blessed to have aligned with these great folks and i highly recommend any one who is an athlete or non athlete to stop by! You will not regret the trip i feel amazing and I’ve been suffering from injuries for over 10 years. Best I’ve felt in a loooooong time! Salute to recovery mode NYC I’ll definitely be back!"

"I came to Recovery Mode for the first time in April 2023 for an unresolved shoulder injury. I have been coming almost every month since then because that is how amazing it has been for my shoulder recovery!!! If I come in with aches, knots or pain, (after a few days of soreness) I am pain free. It is amazing how sports massage and cupping releases tension and increases circulation to the injury site. It took a few visits to achieve consistent results. Keith and his staff are welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable! Keith answers all of my questions and offers stretches I can do to support my shoulder at home/in the gym. I cannot recommend it enough. I have yet to try the cold plunge, sauna and other recovery treatments but I hope to sometime in the near future. :)"
