The customer service is very professional & respectful. It was definitely kid friendly & the service provided by Kim & Nicki was very nice. They styled my daughter’s knotless braids great & she was very excited. Definitely recommend all to come for sure."

"LOVE LOVE LOVE this salon. I’ve been going for YEARS and never had a bad experience. Braids are always neat and well done , there is some true talented braiders within the salon. Not to mention this is a black owned business, in which I am always glad to support. The space is ALWAYS CLEAN and WELL PUT. Definitely give them a try , nothing but good results each & every time!!! "I came to kidz And adults to get my daughter and I hair braided . I was greeted by Erica who was very welcoming and polite. She asked me what I wanted done and showed me a picture of the different size braids , which was very helpful to me. She was polite and professional with letting me know the prices . Erica did my hair and she was very delicate and time efficient. Onie did my daughters hair and it came out beautifully and my daughter also said her hands were so delicate. I am very pleased with our braids and the wonderful customer service I received. I highly recommend this salon in particular Erica and Onie."

"I asked for a wash and blow for my daughter’s graduation and this is what I received. They had the nerve to charge me $40 for this!!!!!!!!! Couldn’t even attempt to slick it back better or do edges. I literally could’ve done this myself. So disgusted at the customer service as well they are so rude and dismissive I’m not sure how they stay in business. No air conditioning only fans on a day as hot as 82 degrees you would think they would do better! Will not be returning for further services which is a shame because with summer coming I have 3 people in my household alone needing hair done."
