"IF i could give 0 stars, I would. On June 29th (the time of writing this review) my cousin and I walked into Friendly's in order to get a haircut. At first we ended up waiting 10-20 minutes. When a barber was free, my cousin walked up to the barber and asked for a haircut but the barber accepted a customer that recently came in. We were waiting for 20 minutes but someone who recently came in had already taken our spot. We disregarded this and continued to wait. Another barber had finished with a customer, my cousin, Again walked up and the barber replied that he was busy. He was opening a package and a couple minutes later ended up accepting another customer that had RECENTLY COME IN. At this point my cousin and I were getting extremely Frustrated. It had been almost 53 minutes at this point. The place itself, is decent. I've gotten haircuts from this place before and they were alright. The professionalism of the Barbers is to be questioned because all they are taking part in, is chatting. There were several situations where the barber failed to hear my request because of the loud background of the other barbers talking. If they weren't so busy talking they might've been able to keep track of their customers and actually have done their job to the upmost part. ALSO, we didn't EVEN GET THE HAIRCUT. This is utter bullsh*t. We waited almost two hours to not even get a haircut."
