"The beds are like concrete, the pillows are too puffy to the point they hurt your neck, some hotels will deliver fresh sheets and towels to your door. They don't. And the breakfast? My God. Terrible. If you have a fire stick or game console, good luck changing the inputs on the TV. There's no button for it on the remotes. The front desk staff are really nice though I'll give them that, but they're kind of just there to answer questions. They don't go above and beyond for you. One good thing about them is that they have a BJ's membership card that they will let you use to shop with. That's a plus!"

"Our stay was great. Not complaint was that the shower could’ve been cleaned a little better and the bathroom door was dirty, rest of the room was great. All of the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We have family in the area so we will definitely use home2 again when we stay again. I will say you should warn your guests of when quiet hours actually begin. The people below us were extremely rude pounding on the ceiling when our kids were playing at 6:30 in the evening and then even came up here, they were a bit harassing. Didn’t bother us too much but still frustrating considering it’s a family friendly, pet friendly HOTEL."

"Large and well appointed accomodations. It is a new building and it looks/feels like it's been thrown together as fast as possible. Clean. Nice indoor pool. Breakfast is good. PET FRIENDLY."

"Staff was nice but I had mushrooms growing out of the wall in my bathroom which was so unsanitary. I complained about it as soon as I saw it and they said I could get points back on my stay. The manager was not there but would do it as soon as she arrived. Nothing happened. Then I checked out and called the hotel to remind them. They said they would add points and once again nothing. I finally called Hilton customer service and they contacted the hotel and they said they know about it and will make it right. Once again nothing. After months of giving them a chance to make it right I decided to post a review. If you have mushrooms growing in the bathroom they are obviously not cleaning the rooms they way they should and haven’t been for a while."

"Check in was pretty easy and the staff were helpful within their ability, but overall this stay was a disappointment. The room we got had a strong smell of fresh paint, so strong that it gave my wife a headache. We called to see if we could change rooms right away, but the desk staff weren’t able to do anything for us without a manager’s approval. Of course, there were no managers available at the time, so we spent the first night huffing paint fumes. Also worth noting, the faucet for the bathroom sink was loose. We were able to get a room change for the second night, which was very much appreciated…however in the new room, the heater was broken and wouldn’t allow us to change temperatures. Luckily it was a mild night and the heater was sufficient. All in all, it was adequate but considering what we spent for the stay, it wasn’t a good value at all. We’ll be staying at a different hotel next time we’re in town."
