"The hotel exudes an older charm, evident in the need for repairs throughout. While the elevators were operational, occasional delays occurred due to ongoing maintenance. Our room, though possibly not among those recently renovated, presented challenges—its door required force to shut properly. The bathroom appeared modern, but the shower facet proved finicky, oscillating between cold and scalding temperatures. Additionally, the HVAC system's peculiar setup, activated by the wall but controlled by a unit-mounted controller, added a touch of inconvenience. Despite these minor issues, our stay remained largely undisturbed. However, it's worth noting that with a premium price tag, expectations understandably rise."
"Room was excellent. Checking in on the app saved time but I didn't get the personal experience (no warm cookie). Checking out on the app was good but I found out later that my bill was wrong (received via email). I'm not sure why hotels are built in the middle of loud highways, but morning traffic was bad. And don't put the pool in the middle of the hotel. Not everyone wants to be on display for all the guests. Food was good."
"Room was clean and comfortable. Tv remote did not work which was disappointing. Good service at front desk. They were out of coffee in the "Bistro". I think they were short staffed. Hotel was very modern looking. Pool was very busy but nice and clean. I would definitely stay there again."
"Rooms were nice. Spacious and clean. Shuttle service was great going to the airport, but when we arrived back at the airport and wanted a ride back to the hotel, we couldn't get a ride back. 25$ for a 8 minute cab ride. Shuttle service not available due to employee calling off sick and no replacement put in to cover..Cost me a good 45 minutes of my day..Hotel phone people(Not actual person at the hotel) were rude, and short and hung up on us no less than 4 times each( my wife and I)...So other than the SNAFU. Hotel is nice, clean and staff was friendly!"
"This has been my second year attending my work's recognition party and dinner here. I love how spacious the party area was! The lobby and pool at night is absolutely beautiful. Love the decor and atmosphere! I cannot rate the rooms due to not staying the night. This is a wonderful place to book a party."
