FairBridge Inn & Suites at West Point

"DO NOT STAY HERE. This is not as advertised. Room was dirty and dated. Sheets were stained. Spiders and bugs. I’m not a 5-star snob. All I want is a clean room. But when you have to sleep in your clothes something is amiss."

"Rooms could use an update, but clean and the owner very friendly. No way to lock the bathroom door because there's no latch inside the door frame--weird... .. ?! but overall ok place. Nice drive if you're coming from the East over the Bear Mt bridge."

"This place… You know the phrase one sign is worth a thousand words? So this place is just like that! The problem with such places is that in this way they remove any responsibility from the awfulness of the place. The room is much less than basic (don't believe for a moment the filtered photos presented on every website) on top of the fact that it is old and smells of mothballs, it cost us $200.. (!!) I don't know if its this specific night or this busy period.. but it is simply unthinkable to charge such a ridiculous amount for this place. By the way the only reason I didn't give it one star is because the guy at the front desk (who I'm sure is the owner) made an effort to be nice. Sorry, instead of charging such a crazy amount, just make the adjustments so desperately needed in this place, and don’t overcharge until you do it"

"I would never stay here again. The only thing it has going for it is the proximity to USMA. The rooms are outdated and do not feel clean. There is not an attendant reliable in the front office, late night arrivals will find an envelope with room key, not secure. I would book a chain further away and find comfort in knowing your room is clean."

"We booked a room and got there late because we attended an event. We called the hotel before arriving and spoke to a customer service representative who was very unprofessional and rude. He told me that my reservation was canceled without even taking my information, I guess I must have woke him up. This place was a complete hole in the wall literally. Horrible location, filthy, location looks sketchy and the door looked as if it was previously kicked off, the top closes and the bottom stays open. A curtain is being used to block the huge window by the door and it allows anyone who is passing by to see inside. Bottom line is customer service was horrible, place was filthy and doesn't feel secure. It cost me about $170 which I felt was very steep for what we received. Under no circumstances would I ever return to a place like this again. Almost forgot there was a weird guy who was outside the entire time."
