"With so much out of town family we had to have an overnight option for our guests. A farther drive from our venue in canandaigua but so worth it. I worked directly with Dawn for the room block/updates and booking. She was always willing to help us out whichever way we needed. She gave us a great price on our room choices and gave us options within our block for different room options. We filled our room block many times and adding more was never an issue. We also toured before making a room block and the staff was so accommodating with showing us the rooms and answering our questions. We utilized the conference room for our after party and it was a quick and easy add to our reservation. Check in/out was also easy and they granted an early check in for our out of town guests. We used their 2 bedroom suite options for the girls in the morning and we had space for all 14 people! Dawn was wonderful with correspondence and on top of everything. Honestly we only communicated through email and it was a breeze."
"We had to stop here because of car problems on the way to do some holiday traveling, and this was a nice, clean hotel. When we first arrived and went into our first room, it smelled like smoke (which I can't handle), and they quickly allowed us to change rooms. Our new room smelled great. Good breakfast. Nice people at the desk. Would stay again."
"Hotel is dated and in need of refurbishment. Our room was $200 and compared to other hotels in the area at the same price, it falls short. Breakfast was excellent though. The attendant was on top of everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. Did not use the pool but we like that it has adult-only hours in the evening. Shower was a walk-in type (no step-over to stumble on), perfect for older people."
"My husband and I had a two night stay here because we had plans for the Steam Engine/Tractor Show. I must say I look for reviews with Extreme Cleanliness and this Comfort Inn Absolutely was the utmost for their cleanliness. The beds were comfy, enjoyed the hot tub by the pool and Kudos to Jason for putting out such a nice hot breakfast served with a friendly and courteous manner. Our check in by Cindy was done also in a friendly, timely manner and offered us housekeeping service the next day if we’d like such. Heck yeah, we were all in for that. All in all, we had exceptional service and loved our stay. Thank you to everyone. We will be back."
