"Lady at the front desk of pediatrics (far left end) talks bad about every single patient the second they walk away. Not only did this lady disrespect this man in spanish, she then turns to her co worker and makes fun of him in English. Girl don’t take advantage of the fact that most people here don’t understand you. Instead of talking and making fun of people lose some weight because the chair wheels are bound to pop from your weight and fix your voice. You sound like pop smoke. And you’re ugly. Pick a struggle babe. You cant be ugly and make fun of others. Next time I’m there, I’ll take a picture."

"Absolutely HORRIBLE. -Dr young me lee told me "as long as I'm not over 35 years old and I'm perfectly healthy then they will not tell me gender of the baby before 20 weeks pregnant" -she also told me I have to go to a completely different Office not even related to Dolan to find out gender and have level 2 sonogram -almost all employees are extremely rude -HERES THE BEST ONE... just got off the phone with a virtual appt for genetics and they have my name in someone else's chart to the point where the information they had was that I was apparently born disfigured and my family has a history of muscular degeneration???? WHICH IS NOT MY INFORMATION. My family is entirely healthy. I am now on the search for a new doctor to transfer now at 20 weeks and I'm beyond stressed. DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE!!!!"

"Front desk staff is horrible at service get ready to be annoyed. Debrah Hernandes is a amazing individual great child care and knowledgeable. Dr.William the head Dr. in charge he’s rude to his patients who don’t speak proper English always has a attitude seems as if we are bothering him for coming in. Are you serious I hope the treatment you give to others comes back to you 10 fold. You get paid from the patients insurances and still you are rude to them. Most of them can’t even say anything bcuz they are worried about their kids health or can’t speak the language. He’s a bad individual get him out. This is nothing new."

"Don't go here. It's a factory for adult care. This pediatric is better but I even switch because I can't stand going here. Made me make four appointments because I wanted to quit smoking And get on chantix. They never called my other doctors like they said they wanted too. Just a waste of time. Too many "how you doing?" appointments just to have you come in and bill you."
