"I would recommend going to pretty much any other medical establishment. Waited roughly a month for an appointment just for the doctor to speak to me for 5 minuets and basically not listen to anything I told him. Extremely dissapointed. For someone seeking care to basically be dismissed with no testing or actual examination I thought it was a joke. I decided to go another doctor who actually listened and gave me the time of day low and behold I actually got treated and feel better. Do not use the location in Greenlawn if you want to be taken seriously. I really hate writing reviews like this but I dont want anyone else to experience what I did."

"Don't even deserve 1 star! I saw two doctors there. To see each I waited for over 6 months. Then can't even schedule a follow up appointment for another several months. Neither had addressed my issues, what a waste of time. Beyond frustration! Why would you accept new patients if you can't even help existing ones."

"This organization is run on shoestring. My last 2 urology claims have not gone through correctly even after calls and many messaged to billing. My Medicare has always been my primary insurance and my Aetna has always been my secondary insurance. Mt. Sinai Greenlawn has changed that. When I called, I was told the billing system has changed. I requested that they fix this problem and billing indicated they would. I also requested that they also fix my wife's account and they indicated they would. When I last messaged them, billing indicated the urology claims did not go through and indicated it would be investigated an fixed. It has been about 40 days and there is no indication Medicare has received the claims. My wife recently found out her account was not fixed and requested it be fixed. Although I like my doctors, I am now looking into another medical group"
