"I rescheduled a breast sonogram due to the long delay after my mammogram two weeks ago. I showed up for my new appointment at 8:55 am. I waited until 9:30 when I asked when I would be called; I was told they couldn't find my script. I told her I was there two weeks ago, and they had it then. I was told they would let me know if they can't find it!!!’ REALLY! I would still be sitting here if I didn't say anything. Terrible that they leave someone waiting wIthout communicating with them! I will be going somewhere else from now on!"

"Call your insurance BEFORE you attempt to have any imaging performed at this location. My insurance was billed as if the imaging was performed at a hospital facility which this is obviously not. Now my insurance denied the claims because of the location and I am getting bills for over a thousand dollars from Northwell.Best of luck!"

"Beware if you have a High Deductible plan. They bill through North Shore University Hospital and rates are almost double what is estimated on Cigna. Catscan billed over 8K my cost $1100 not including Radiologist fee. Get prices ahead of time. I wish I did. Also charging service fees on top of that."

"Always went to the Huntington hospital breast center for yearly mammograms. They were moved to the this facility. Went to this facility for several different imaging services. Insurance was takenand I was never billed a facility fee. The last visit I went for I received a bill for facility fee. It was a decent amount of money. I was really angry about it. There hadn’t eve4 been a charge before so I didn’t think to ask. Beware if you go."
