"this review is from 2022 but for some reason disappeared. I dont care how long it's been do not shop here. this is what I said 2 years ago regarding this trash place: If I could leave a 0/5 review I would. My experience was completely horrible. We went to see a blue 2010 Hyundai Elantra on April 18th, 2022 and bought it that same day. Exactly two days later my car wouldn't start. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt so they replaced the battery. Another red flag was that I called 3 times to check on the car and my mother called 5. Not once did they pick up but only called my mother back hours later to say they fixed the battery. As the days passed I noticed the car was having trouble when I accelerated. It would make this jump and a huge rubble anytime I pressed on the gas. On the 25th it was slight but by the 27th I couldn't go past 20 mph. I drove the car about 20 minutes away on April 27th, 2022 HUGE mistake. On my way back from my location I could not drive the car without this huge sound. I mean I was really pressing the gas and it wouldn't move past 20mph. It sounded like | was purposely revving the engine. When I was less than 10 minutes from my house the car STOPPED IN THE MIDDLE OF TRAFFIC. had I taken route 280 | would've gotten into a car accident and possibly died. This was my first car and I wanted to trust these men so bad and it was so hurtful to see it last 10 days. Verona police was called to help direct traffic and the car had to be towed and when I had my mechanic friend take a look he told me the transmission was shot. I had the car for 10 DAYS how do you sell someone a car with a dead battery and transmission. I literally drove the car 5 places all within a 25 mile radius. The people working there cannot be trusted. What is worse was that when I sent it back to get the battery fixed only 2 days after purchase my mechanic friend looked at the car apd said 3 things needed to be fixed the battery, alternator, and belt. I told him that exact thing and said we took it to a mechanic and the said these things were wrong. His response was "The belt and alternator are fine the mechanic was most likely trying to get some money out of you" The mechanic was my neighbor who looked at the car for free so thats when we knew we made a mistake trusting these guys: We got a full refund and on our way out he had the audacity to ask if we'd by anything else from him. My mother cursed him tf and we got a full refund. dont you ever play with us. DO NOT SHOP HERE"
