"My wife and I found this business through the "Car Talk" mechanic recommendations message board, and their rave reviews were spot-on. They have always been quick and honest with all repairs. They have also given us helpful advice on some of our older cars. Highly recommended!"

"Peter Jankowski & his son Mike Jankowski are truly some of the best mechanics you will find anywhere in the world. Not only are they professional & incredibly honest & trustworthy, but they are as knowledgeable as engineers (I call them "car doctors," and the term is very appropriate). They will happily explain the inner workings of your vehicle to whatever degree you are interested in knowing! Not everyone may appreciate that (some type-A personalities may always just be in a rush to know when the job is finished & get in & get out, drop the car off then pick it up & pay & go -- and they can certainly do that if they want to, haha), but on-the-contrary, I personally LOVE the detail to which Peter will explain everything to you, if you love knowing how things work, not-to-mention, including giving you various options beforehand, and his honest & very experienced, knowledgeable opinion as to whether a quality aftermarket part (which usually costs less) will work just as well for your situation, or whether in his opinion the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) part would be a better choice, if you can afford it. -- He's very well-versed in the industry, & I trust his opinion completely. Sometimes a quality aftermarket part is truly just as good, and cheaper -- and he'll tell you that; and other times he'll tell you that, while it's okay to go with that one, in this particular case, the original equipment part, while a little costlier, will actually hold-up better for you in-the-longrun. So, depending upon your budget & your needs, he'll let you know, give you his honest opinion, & let you decide. (Sometimes there is only one company that makes a part, particularly if it's an obscure part that's no longer very common, so you may not really have a choice, but then other times you do.) In any case, rest assured that he's always looking out for your best interest & doesn't screw anybody around, nor does he try to make money by recommending things you don't need (in fact, he'll warn you to watch out for certain dealerships that he has seen do those unscrupulous things). You can really trust that if he recommends something, it's for your safety; and likewise, if you don't need it, he's one of the rare ones who will actually tell you that you don't & never takes advantage of people. Sorry for the long-winded review, haha!, but seriously, they are just some of the best!! My family has used Peter as our mechanic for decades, & I trust him like no other!! Top, top notch, in all regards."

"There is no one better. I have never been able to so completely trust an auto mechanic. Some mechanics have literally ruined my cars! Peter is on the other end of that spectrum, so wise, patient, insightful, and on-target all of the time that I never have to fret about auto issues again. What a great feeling! On top of that he's a real human being, personable, funny, thoughtful."
