Advance reservations are required, and the offer is subject to vehicle availability.

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Closed on Sundays and major holidays including Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.

"I rented a car on this location on March 16th, returned on March 19th. The agent called me to tell me he will leave the office 1hr early due to a personal matters. But he decided to enter in the system that I returned the car on the 21st at 11am, I left NJ on Sunday 20th because I had to work and my kid has school on the 21st in FL where we live and Presidents day is not a holiday, so more than 3 weeks later, Im still fighting to be reimburse since my car was charge 429 dollars instead of 162, but due to lack of professionalism, he decided to billed until Mon 21st and charged my credit for more than the double of what I was supposed to paid. SO DONT USE THIS LOCATION!!!"
"Terrible service. Was received by a dude right out of a hillbilly movie who obviously didn't want to be there and didn't seem to like me or anyone for some reason. Although I have always used my debit card in all my budget transactions they didn't release the vehicle despite being a NJ resident as per their the fine print. ( not the dude's fault I guess ).Yes even further down the fine print it states that not all of their locations took debit cards. It would have been nice to know in advance that this little hole in the wall was one of them.It would have been nice if there had been a little apology " I'm so sorry sir but unfortunately..etc etc" That goes a long way and this porta potty of a place didn't have the decency to be empathetic. $35 Uber spent just to ride to Montclair.Budget kindly refunded me the money after calling corporate after reminding me I have to be a NJ resident to use my debit card...which I am btw..and I told them."
"Very positive experience after having to extend the rental from four days to eight. Why? My car repair was promised to be completed in no more than four days. Budget was highly recommended by a family member. I agree they are professional and take good care of you."
