This 29-unit community, originally developed in 1982 with USDA Rural Development funds, offers a mix of two- and three-bedroom apartments in three residential buildings. Ingerman acquired the community in 2022 and has since completed extensive renovations both inside and out. Exterior updates include new roofs, vinyl siding, patios, covered porches, bay windows, doors, landscaping, walkways, and signage. Inside, apartments have been refreshed with repairs, paint, new carpeting, plank flooring, reconfigured kitchens with new cabinets and appliances, in-unit washers and dryers, upgraded central air, and Energy Star LED lighting. Residents can also enjoy the new community building, which features a lounge and offices for supportive services, management, and maintenance staff.
